When producing window frames, both fixed (FIX) and lengthwise grown (FJ) lamellas (preforms) are used, without knots and without defects. The moisture content of the blanks after drying is 12% (+/- 2%). Toothed growth areas are visible on the wide edge of the frame. To ensure high quality of the bonding area, D4 polyurethane-based two-component adhesive is used.

SIA “Vēvers” produces and sells pine wood panels.

Pine wood boards are grown lengthwise and glued widthwise. For gluing boards, individual lamellas with a width of 24-60 mm are mainly used. After growing, they are planed and after gluing, they are carefully sanded. The moisture content of the blanks after drying is 12% +/- 2%. The growth line is visible on the surface of the board. Glue (D4) is used for growing, which guarantees high quality of the connection.

SIA “Vēvers” manufactures and sells theater battens.

Theater battens of various sizes are glued from long-grown, branchless blanks. The surface of the batten is continuous and contains at least one glue seam and its wide edges. The humidity of the blanks after drying is 12% (+/- 2%). After gluing, all surfaces are planed smoothly, and the edges are rounded. A small amount of blueing, resin or cores is allowed for theater battens. The material is resistant to deformation.

Woodchip briquettes are a high-quality and energy-efficient 100% natural fuel material that is produced only from pine wood chips without using any additional binders.

• total moisture content – 7.3 wt% (CEN/TS 14774-3),
• ash content (at 550 ̊C) – 0.5 wt%, d (CEN/TS 14918)
• highest calorific value for dry mass – 21.61 MJ/kg (CEN/TS 14918)
