Log building PROCESS

1.Material selection

We work with individual projects and create high-quality log houses within seven months. In construction, we use class A pine logs, which are at least 130 years old. It is possible to order Siberian larch or other coniferous logs.

2. Production and transportation

Are you interested in seeing the manufacturing process of your home in person? We invite you to visit the KM Building factory while the frame of your log house is being assembled. Of course, when the frame of the log house is ready, we carefully pack it and deliver it to the construction site.

3. Assembly and finishing

Your new house has arrived. Sounds exciting? The assembly of the house, from building the walls to putting on the roof and installing the windows and doors, takes three weeks.

For exterior finishing, we perform log processing, painting, gutter installation, and window and door finishing.

We provide full interior finishing, which includes sanding logs, laying flooring, assembling stairs, installing kitchen appliances, and decorating walls.

Timber frame house PROCESS

1.Material selection

We work with individual projects, which means that we fully adapt to the development of project requirements and create high-quality frame houses within seven months. In the construction of walls, we use double protection against wind penetration into the thermal insulation. This means that the frame is sheathed from the outside with both OSB chipboards and a tarpaulin, which provides higher thermal insulation, as well as more significant sustainability of the frame house.

2. Production and transportation

Are you interested in seeing the production process of your home in person? We invite you to visit the KM Building factory while the assembly of your timber frame house panels is taking place. Of course, once the assembly of the timber frame panels is complete, we carefully pack them and deliver them to the construction site.

3. Assembly and finishing

Your new home has arrived. Sounds exciting? The assembly of a house, from building walls to putting on the roof and installing windows and doors, takes from one to three weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.

In exterior finishing, we perform wall cladding, painting, gutter installation, and window and door finishing.

We provide full interior finishing, which includes laying flooring (oak, ash, pine, three-layer parquet, tiles), assembling stairs, installing plumbing and kitchen equipment, wall decoration, and installing electricity.
