The timber we offer is produced in our factory, right here in Latvia - in Sigulda. Sawn timber is prepared in various sizes - width, thickness and length, some of it is processed by drying, planing and impregnation. We also offer freshly sawn materials that are not processed. Our assortment includes floorboards, finishing and terrace boards, lathing, thin boards and both planed and unplaned timber.

The finishing boards are made of AB grade quality material, without fallen branches. The finishing material is dried, with 18% moisture, the available material is spruce or pine (depending on what is available in the assortment).

Finishing boards are available in several profiles: “Jūrmala”, vertical or horizontal half-pound, vertical “Trīnītī”, and wagon board.

When choosing a finishing board, it is important to understand what the board will be treated with - an opaque paint or a transparent shade that shows through the wood texture. Depending on the treatment, it is possible to choose the most suitable planing solution. A smoothly planed surface will be suitable for transparent shades that let the wood texture through. A material planed in the Scandinavian style (with a finely scraped surface) will be suitable for opaque paints, for which good adhesion to the material is important. When applying paint to this type of material, a matte structure will be formed.

Pine trim will be more suitable when it is important that the texture is visible after applying paint. Spruce trim will be more solid in color and more suitable for opaque paints when it is not important that the wood texture is visible.

The flooring is a specially selected material, free of fallen branches, AB grade quality. The floorboards are dried, with 18% moisture. The floorboard material is produced from spruce or pine lumber. Currently, the largest available size is 28mm thick and 235mm wide.

Compared to OSB boards, grooved boards are more profitable to purchase for the following reasons:

Terrace boards are produced according to one profile, which looks beautiful and is pleasant to walk on with bare feet. We can also make a special order with a different type of profile, if the order is large enough. We offer terrace boards both impregnated and non-impregnated.
